Replacing RBLT link for a TG

1. Open the TG in TG Tool.
2. Go to Planned TG.
3. Open Abis dialog by clicking Abis button on the right of TG Tool.
4. In Abis dialog double-click a RBLT label (on the left).
5. In first input box enter the RBLT to be replaced, and in the second the new RBLT number.
6. Click OK, and then Apply in TG Tool.
